Property description
The planning concept for the development of the historic castle park was made by the well-known architect Richard Neutra. In addition to the enclosure with the Chinese pavillon, two ponds, the castle steps, the guest house (Swiss House), one of the lodges, the Schlossremise and many details (walls, redwood trees) have remained.
"A man put in a connection with nature, where he has developed and where he feels particularly at home." Richard Neutras
Picking up the ideas of Richard Neutra and the builder spirit of Baron Ferdinand von Krauskopf, the owner realized 1976-1978 a property of superlatives: Seven Stonetops.
Seven in each other reaching buildings cover an area of approximately 600 sqm. In this open and spacious property, each room offers to unfold a very own sense of life while meeting a wide variety of purposes and requirements.
Set out to the south, the estate Seven Stonetops was laid out in a beautiful park property with mature trees. A separate log cabin and an idyllic outdoor sitting area complete the offer.
This estate housed a special collection of old master pieces in “Die kleine Pinakothek im Schlosspark”.
In addition, the design meets all requirements for social events, while providing a comfortable family home with privacy and comfort. The property is divided into the main house and the chauffeur's apartment. The main house offers approximately 700 sqm living area with a cellar having about 68 square meters. The main house is divided into a large hall with an area of approximately 71.5 sqm. With marble flooring, a free marble staircase and a ceiling height of 5.5 m it states highly representative living. The great hall is ideal for the casual aperitif. From there you enter the large salon with over 60 sqm of sufficient space for large dinner parties. You can take a digestif or coffee, in the South-African-Lodge-Style hall with an open fireplace (about 39 sqm). The kitchen is the center of every family life and as such is open and cozy with a view to the front of the green garden.
Thereafter, he great hall leads into the separate private wing comprising three kids bedrooms, a master bedroom with dressing room, a gym, a billiard room, two bathrooms and the marble swimming pool hall. The gallery of the great hall leads to a second 85 sqm more self-contained area with four private rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. This section of the estate may be used by guests, employees or teenagers. These upper premises may also be used as a private doctor's office or for an art gallery.
With separate access from outside the main building, a 60 sqm chauffeur`s apartment is offered. This has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The property Seven Stonetops provides luxurious facilities, extensive building services (security) and provides for various uses. The villa Seven Stonetops offers luxury at its finest: Turkish Afyon, German-Jura, gold-plated fixtures and other exclusive to name a few.
